Order
confirmation
After you place your order, you
will receive an e-mail confirmation that will contain your order
number. This will indicate that your order was successfully
received. You should expect to receive this e-mail within 24 hours
upon submission.
Order completion
Once we have your order packaged
and ready to ship, you will then receive another e-mail indicating
that your order is complete. You can expect to have your
order ready and shipped within 2 days. If we are not able to
complete your order, we will notify you by email with a detail
update. You will not be billed until the order is complete
and ready to be shipped.

Shipping and Handling
We will ship your
order within 2 BUSINESS DAYS via First Class Mail or UPS Ground and you should expect
it 3 - 5 DAYS AFTER WE SHIP depending on your location relative
to our Arizona facility. Arizona residents will be charged 8.1%
sales tax. Please note that if you request Fed Ex 2 Day Air option,
your order will arrive on the 2nd business day starting the day
after we ship. Currently, this web site services customers within
the United States. If you are located outside the United States,
please Email BABY HALO with your order request and we will provide
you with a quote to ship to your location.
Return Policy
At BABY HALO, your
satisfaction is our goal. We gladly accept returns within 30 days
of original purchase. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags
intact. Original invoice must accompany your return. Please note
that we cannot refund shipping and handling charges. Wholesale
customers may return unsold merchandise for credit exchange toward
other items. If this is not acceptable, please contact Baby
Halo and we will accommodate.
